Booking Policy(Just a few we promise🩷) DEPOSITS * A non-refundable deposit of $25-$50 is required to secure your appointment. * Deposits go toward your total balance and must be paid at the time of booking. * Appointments without a deposit will not be held. PAYMENTS * The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. * All forms of payment are Accepted * Affirm,Afterpay,Klarna Check out: 3% Process Fee added (EX. $100 Service, + 3% = 103 Total) * Card Check out : 2.5% Process Fee(EX. $100 Service total + 2.5% Pros Fee = $102.50 Service total) RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS * You may reschedule once if you give at least 48 hours’ notice. * Cancellations/Rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit. * No-call, no-shows will result in a 50% of service total charge and may require full payment upfront to rebook. * Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in a late fee of 50% of the booked service total. Same-day cancellations or reschedules (including within 24 hours or less) will be charged 100% of the service total. LATE POLICY * Please arrive on time for your appointment. * We understand things happen, but please keep communication with your stylist * A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. * After 15 minutes late, a $25 late fee will be added to your service * After 20 minutes late, the late fee increases to $40. * Clients arriving 25 minutes or more late may need to reschedule and will be treated as a late cancellation. Please note: * Your appointment time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. * Late fees must be paid before or at the start of your service. Hi HAIR PREPARATION * (If not including a wash) Please arrive with clean, detangled, and blow-dried hair (no oils or heavy products). * If your hair is not properly prepared, a wash and blowdry can be added to the service for a small fee. * Please ensure any braiding hair brought in for service is the correct length for service booked. If not, additional styling time fee may be added for any cutting, feathering or adding of extra braiding hair. * Please ensure braiding hair is at least 4 inches longer than natural hair. 6 inches if the ends are to be curled. GUESTS * No extra guests or children unless being serviced, This ensures a calm and focused environment for your stylist and other clients. ADD-ONS * ALL ADD-ONS MUST BE ADDED TO YOUR SERVICE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING * Boho, Bora Bora , or custom parting styles must be requested in advance to ensure availability and proper timing * Add-ons requested during your appointment may not be honored for timing purposes.
